Inform Interiors will not sell, distribute or otherwise share any personal information, security measures are in place to ensure the safety of your account. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use Inform Interiors' online showroom website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Inform Interiors reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.


Validity of Your Personal Information:


When placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.


Pricing:


Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Inform Interiors reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.


Price Guarantee:


Informshop.com will beat or match any price being offered by a competitor. After we verify the competitor's price, we will make special arrangements to complete your order. Conditions & Exceptions

- Sales and clearance prices offered by competitors do not qualify.

- Shipping, handling, currency conversion, or any other cost factors are considered to be part of the price, not just the base price or sticker price of the product.

- Some manufacturers specify the retail prices of their products. In such cases, we can do no better than match the prices of our competitors, as dictated by the manufacturer.


Cancellations:


Cancellations may be accepted prior to receiving your order confirmation. Orders cancelled after receiving order confirmation may be subject to a, maximum 50% of the order total, cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.


Returns:


All returns must be authorized by Inform Interiors. Returned merchandise must be in it's original condition and accompanied by it's original receipt and packaging. All returns received by Inform without pre-authorization will be subject to a restocking fee and may be refused outright. Special orders, lighting and polycarbonate items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise which Inform Interiors is unable to replace. Returns must be properly packed. Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded, unless the product is defective. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue and will be forfeited afterward. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 7 days of delivery will not be considered. Sales Taxes:


Inform Interiors is located in British Columbia Canada and charges the sales taxes applicable to British Columbia. Orders shipped outside of British Columbia are charged GST or HST depending on the final destination of the goods and are to be incurred by the client. You are expected to comply with your provinces current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax but may incur border fees such as duty and brokerage.


Specific Product Information:


Lead times, color and material previews, may vary and should only be used for reference. Inform Interiors does not take responsibility for inaccuracies due to uncontrollable events and circumstances. If the lead time for your order is subject to change, Inform Interiors will make every effort to inform you and keep you up to date on the status of your product.

All content included on informshop.com, including images, schematic drawings, sounds, video, and text, are subject to copyright laws. All proprietary content remains the property of the originator and may not be copied or duplicated without proper consent.


Client Obligations:


All orders require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.

It is the responsibility of the client to be available at the time of delivery or make alternate receiving arrangements. Should a shipment be deemed undeliverable, any additional expenses as well as reschedule times remain the sole responsibility of the client (including but not limited to: shipment return to sender).

The client should carefully inspect both the packing and product upon arrival for damage to ensure any potential claims can be dealt with in a timely manner. Should issues occur, clients are encouraged to document any damages or defects with supplemental photographs.

Please be fully aware of the shipping options you are choosing for delivery as some require the client to physically move the product into their homes.

Inform Interiors Inc. or any associated carriers, will not move client owned furniture to make room for delivery of products. No exceptions.


Taxes and Duties:


All applicable taxes (based on client location) for the product will be calculated and applied to the price of the final purchase.

All products shipped outside of Canada are subject to duties, tariffs and additional taxes that are beyond the control of Inform Interiors Inc. All applicable duties et al are the sole responsibility of the end client.


Shipping and Billing Address:


Inform Interiors Inc. is able to ship to an address that differs from the Billing Address, please indicate the desired Shipping Address during the checkout process.

If you require products to go to multiple addresses please purchase the items for each location individually, select the ship to multiple addresses option during checkout or contact us in store for help.

We do not ship to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
